REMOVING A LENS FROM  A DISPOSABLE PACKET


The lens is next removed from the packet by either pouring the lens out, using tweezers to remove it, or using one’s index finger to slide the lens out of the packet.  It is easiest to pour the lens out of the container into the palm of the hand but often the solution comes out leaving the lens.  The lens could be rinsed out with saline or “fished” out with the index finger or tweezers.
